We want you to feel confident in your period protection, which is why we offer a 60-day trial period to ensure your Thinx fit your lifestyle perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 7-10 business days.
